We are a partner-owned company, but also have three external owners who add industrial and financial expertise, experience, networks and solidity.
Kenneth Bentsen
Extensive background in parking through board positions and ownership in Onepark/Autopay and the family company Indigo Invest. Active in real estate and asset management through K11 Investor. The Bentsen family founded Europark, which was sold in 1999.
Torkil Munkhaugen and family
Former 50% owner and founder of the Heimdal Group, the company behind Trøndelag's leading residential developer. The group also founded the contractor Hent, which was acquired by Ratos in 2013. Torkil is the founder and CEO of Apex IT.
Mons Aase, Kari Saarisilta and Thor Småbrekke
Kari and Thor founded Constructa, sold to Veidekke in 2022, and bring 40 years of experience in cost management, collaborative contracting and real estate development. Mons has been CEO of DOF since 2005, owns several commercial properties privately and held a one-third stake in Constructa.
